Corporate Headquarters

Kell Muñoz Architects designed the new corporate headquarters for Methodist Healthcare Ministries, one of the largest non-profit donors in the region. The firm's team provided programming, space planning, architectural design, selection of furniture, fixtures, equipment and all related engineering services for the project.

The design selected by Methodist healthcare Ministries consists of a three-story, white concrete, "L" shaped building with a landscape courtyard and surface parking. The exterior of both white, poured-in-place and pre-cast concrete with a slick finish and a custom designed glass/aluminum window wall system.

In addition, a future expansion shell space of 6,700 square feet was created on a portion of the third-floor level within close proximity to the Board Room that overlooks the building's landscaped courtyard.
