Service Delivery Building

The New Service Delivery Building for CPS Energy was designed as a prototype for several facilities planned to open around the city over the course of the next few years. The back half of the building is warehouse space for gas and electrical equipment while the front half of the building comprises open office area, conferencing facilities, a training center, a cafeteria, a library and a fitness center.

New technologies, sustainable building practices and innovative space planning are combined within this 50,000 SF end-user building. Light shelves bounce natural daylight deep into the open office area with glass walled conference rooms also taking advantage of the natural illumination. Access flooring and demountable partitions make the offices flexible for future reconfiguration. White tilt wall concrete panels give the facility a beautiful low maintenance appearance.
